Brian Pyle

This is Brian Pyle, founder and CEO of ERC Hospitality

Under Brian’s leadership, ERC has opened 36 Freddy’s locations through traditional openings and acquisitions. He has built a strong foundation focused on operation excellence and strategic growth.

Brian leads hie executive team with high standards and clear expectations. He challenges them to pursue excellence and apply what they learn. He also prioritizes developing leaders within each department to support long-term growth.
