About Freddy’s.
Beginning in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon and long-time friend Scott Redler, Freddy’s quickly grew into a quickly evolving franchise-based fast-casual concept. We as ERC Hospitality opened our first Freddy’s location in Littleton, CO in 2009. Since then we’ve opened 22 more locations in Denver and Birmingham metro areas and acquired 10 in New Mexico and El Paso Texas. Freddy’s is a fast-casual dining experience that values quality, genuine hospitality, and cleanliness. Freddy’s products range from delicious made-to-order double patty steakburgers to freshly churned creamy frozen custard. Who is Freddy?
Freddy, the namesake and driving force behind the fast-casual concept grew up just outside of Wichita Kansas. Early on in his life he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served heroically during WWII.
The concept was built on Freddy and his patriotic service. His selfless attitude and dedication to his country continue to be the foundation of the brand’s values. Having passed away in 2020, Freddy’s continues to celebrate his life by serving it’s guests and communities the “Freddy’s Way.”
