Founded in 2002, Freddy’s is a rapidly growing franchise-based fast-casual brand, known for quality, genuine hospitality and cleanliness.
ERC Hospitality opened its first Freddy’s in Littleton, CO in 2009 and has since expanded to 30+ locations across Colorado, Alabama, New Mexico, and Texas.

WHO IS FREDDY?
Frederick “Freddy” Simon, the namesake and inspiration behind the brand, grew up in Wichita, Kansas. he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served honorably during World War II, embodying the patriotism and selfless service that would later shape the foundation of Freddy’s.
Though he passed away in 2020, his legacy lives through the brand’s commitment to hospitality, community, and doing things the “Freddy’s Way”.
